Why I Built This
I burned out badly in 2017 because I didn’t have a map.
I was always on, with no awareness of when to push and when to pull back. I lived in a state of constant output until there was nothing left.
Learning to work with these rhythms changed how I run my business and how I move through my life. Every launch, every visibility push, and every day off has been planned with this framework as the foundation for nearly a decade.
I use it as data, and once you see the rhythm, you stop being blindsided by it.
This framework is the exact reason I’m able to plan a wedding and scale a business at the same time, with plenty of time off and no burnout.
